This website is the current team-facing edition. Material is revised as the installed system is tested and better procedures are confirmed.

Team handbook, not a credential store

Passwords, private credentials, security codes, and other secrets do not belong in this handbook.

Current priorities

  • Give new operators a safe mental map of the console.
  • Preserve the known-good Sunday starting state.
  • Explain house versus broadcast routing.
  • Prevent recurrence of the ATEM return feedback loop.
  • Document recording and playback procedures.
  • Build two glossaries: one in signal-flow order and one alphabetical.
  • Mark anything uncertain rather than presenting it as confirmed.
